What we collect

When you book a test or contact us, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, email address (optional), the location of the home, what you need, how you heard about us, and any note you add. We also record how you arrived at the site (for example the campaign or search that brought you here) so we know which of our efforts actually help people find us.

If you start the booking form, enter a name and phone number, and leave before finishing, we may keep those details so we can call you back about the test you started. Tell us and we will delete them.

How we use it

To arrange and carry out your radon test and any follow-up work you ask for, to contact you about it, and to understand which of our marketing works. We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing messages you have not asked for. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

Where it lives

Your details are stored in our lead-tracking system and in our field-service software so the team that visits your home has what it needs. Both are hosted by reputable providers under their own security practices. Access is limited to our staff and the local team serving your area.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing tests@radongasremoval.ca. We keep booking records for as long as we have an ongoing relationship with you and as required for our business records.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure traffic and advertising. These set cookies in your browser. Your browser’s privacy settings let you block them; the site works without them.
